A mindfulness check-in practice is a useful tool to help you become present and notice how you’re feeling without judgement.

A daily check-in has many benefits to your overall wellbeing, including helping you to feel less stressed and improve awareness.


Simple Ways In which you can use a Mindfulness Check-In is by using questions to help guide you. Your answers to the questions can help you to understand your emotions and become more self-aware of what you need to support your wellbeing.


Use these Questions to help guide you:

How am I feeling right now? Notice if there is anything you need in this moment

Are there any physical sensations? Notice what may be showing up for you psychically in the body

What are three things I am grateful for today? Notice what you’re grateful for today, this can have a positive impact on your emotions

How can I be kinder to myself today? Notice if you need any self-care tools to support you and bring those into your day

Take a moment to be in your surroundings, write down three things that you notice around you.

What’s one thing I would like to achieve today? Write down an achievable goal and celebrate your achievement, no matter how small.
